We ship our products direct from India right to your address. There is no additional expense for this. Our packaging is perfected over years of shipping globally. We stand by our products and shipping, however, if you receive any damaged goods we will replace them. Simply contact us at info@craftedcones.us with a picture of the damaged goods and we will replace them as soon as possible.
